BOOT CAMP FITNESS TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 6:30am-7:30am

Taught by Drew Malhmood

Running November 12th through January 2nd.

A throw back to the original Illete Fitness work outs back in the days of Folsom Park!

This class will incorporate Cardio conditioning, body weight endurance, full body strength and power, and a work out guaranteed to kick your butt into shape this winter!

Kids Fitness Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-6:00pm
This class is designed for kids aged 7-14. It will encourage a healthy lifestyle, promote effective and appropriate exercise for kids, and get kids excited to get fit! This class teaches physical fitness, flexibility, body weight strength, balance and coordination. There will also be spinets of nutritional guidance and encouragement!
